Happy Thanksgiving
Wow! It's been a while since I've posted. Figured I should put up a new one after so long.Happy Thanksgiving for those of us Canadians enjoying turkey dinner over this long weekend!
I haven't written much lately becuase I've been writting legitimately! That's right! I'm a published journalist now! I write for The Gateway, the student newspaper of the University of Alberta! It's quite enjoyable. I've gotten three articles published so far, and hope to get many more in the paper as the year progresses.
I've also signed myself back up for NaNoWriMo (That's National Novel Writing Month) this year. Anyone who has a love of writing should feel free to mosey on over and check it out. Basically, it's a novel writing competition (though the competition is really with yourself) to see if you can write 50,000 words from scratch between the dates of November 1st and November 30th. You have until then to sign up, so get cracking!
Well, that's my post for now. I hope to post more often again, but we'll see how my schedule works out.
